Jon Stewart in a production still from 'The Daily Show' (AP) Jon Stewart will be making his second appearance this year on The O'Reilly Factor on September 22 to promote his latest book Earth (The Book), reports The New York Times.

Stewart last appeared on O'Reilly's show in February. The two argued about Fox News' coverage of the Obama administration and Stewart accused the network of taking "reasonable concerns about this president and this economy and turned it into a full-fledged panic about the next coming of Chairman Mao."

O'Reilly is scheduled to appear on The Daily Show on September 27.

Stewart announced on Thursday that he and fellow news satirist Stephen Colbert are planning their own separate rallies in Washington, D.C. on October 30. Stewarts has been dubbed a Rally to Restore Sanity while Colbert has the March to Keep Fear Alive.

"We will gather on the National Mall in Washington, D.C., a Million Moderate March, where we take to the streets to send a message to our leaders, and our national media, that says, 'We are here! We're only here though until 6, because we have a sitter,' Stewart said on The Daily Show.

The rallies will likely to be a parody of Glenn Becks Restoring Honor rally held on August 28 at the very same location where Jon Stewart intends on holding his. That rally attracted 87,000 people, according to a CBS News estimate.

"Now is not the time to take it down a notch, Colbert told his viewers of The Colbert Report on Thursday. Now is the time for all good men to freak out for freedom!"
